One database per company
Your company’s information lives in its own database. It never mixes with other companies’ data.
Backups twice a day
We back up your information twice a day so it can be restored if something goes wrong.
Per-user permissions
Everyone logs in with their own user and only sees the modules and actions you allow.
Protected passwords
Passwords are stored encrypted, never as readable text.
Lockout after repeated attempts
If someone tries to guess a password, access is temporarily blocked.
Protected forms
Every form in the system checks that the action really came from the logged-in user.
