Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using the services of QENT, you (the "Client" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. QENT is an Integrated Operations Hub provided under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, designed to centralize business management.
1. Acceptance of Terms and License of Use
By subscribing to our services, QENT grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the cloud platform during the active billing period. This license does not grant ownership rights over the software, its source code or its intellectual property.
- The Client undertakes to use the platform in accordance with the law and good business practices.
- QENT reserves the right to suspend accounts that show improper use, attempts to breach the system or violation of these terms.
2. Service Availability and SLA
We understand that your company’s operation depends on our stability. For this reason, QENT guarantees a monthly Uptime (availability time) of 99.9%.
Our cloud-hosted infrastructure has redundancy and automatic scalability. Scheduled maintenance periods will be carried out during low-traffic hours and will be notified in advance, and will not be counted as service outages.
3. Responsibility and Data Ownership
QENT’s fundamental premise is that your data belongs 100% to you. The Client retains exclusive ownership, all rights and title over the information, inventories, documents and records entered into the platform.
- QENT acts solely as custodian and technology processor of said information.
- You are free to export your data (Kardex, invoices, human resources records) at any time through the reports and export modules.
- QENT assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered or for the administrative decisions derived from the reports generated.
4. Subscription and Payment Policies
Continued use of QENT requires timely payment of the agreed subscription. In the event of a payment delay exceeding 30 days, the services may be temporarily suspended without loss of data. Refunds or cancellations shall be governed by the specific contract signed at the time of commercial onboarding.
